Southern Highlands Off Road RC Car Club (SHORRCCC) is an Incorporated non-profit sporting club in the Southern Highlands whose members are radio controlled off-road electric powered 1/10th scale buggy and truck enthusiasts and drivers. The Club was founded in 2014 by Scott Hogan, David Matthews, Michael Harlow, Dan Maher and David Gynn who met racing at various RC meets in Sydney and found they all resided in the Southern Highlands of NSW.

Participants at SHORRCCC range from 3 years old to 80 years who travel near and far. The Club is often complimented for its family focus, great junior base, not so serious racing ethics and "country charm."

A significant benefit of radio controlled car racing is that it is all-inclusive. There is no advantage/disadvantage between genders, age and the movement impaired (to a limit). Whatever your driving skill level or whether you're a spectator or non-racer, everyone is welcome.

Please note that SHORRCCC is not seeking to provide a facility and events to cater for 1/8th scale electric or nitro due to the proximity of residents. Council approval is for only 1/10th scale electric.

SHORRCCC COMMITTEE
The Committee

SHORRCCC has a Committee of volunteers who make a significant contribution to the Club. They are all dedicated people who are working hard trackside and behind the scenes to ensure a successful growth of the Club. The Committee's current goals are to improve the track and its facilities at Yerrinbool for everyone's enjoyment and to increase awareness of the sport.

The Committee meets monthly and holds an annual AGM.
